Any Sunday during a holiday weekend will need to meet the Saturday catering minimum.
New Year’s Eve events will will need to meet the Saturday catering minimum.
Site visits are by appointment only and must be requested and confirmed by e-mail.

Only signed contracts with deposits will be guaranteed space & services.
Credit cards are accepted with a 3% fee.
Rights of entry, catering services, and alcohol are exclusively held by LM Catering & Events.
Sky on Nine allows BYOB events.
