Lesley Rottsolk

Director of Catering Sales
Sky on Nine

Lesley started her professional career in events at St. Louis University where she lived and worked for several years before coming back to her home city of Chicago. After moving back to the Windy City, she worked with Drury Lane in Oak Brook for 6 years before starting with Hilton Oak Brook. Throughout her career, Lesley has coordinated weddings from small to very large - the biggest to date was 900 people! For the past year Lesley has been a Catering Sales Manager at LM’s City View Loft, located in Chicago’s West Town Neighborhood. She is excited to turn her attention to LM’s newest venue, Sky on Nine, and looks forward to hosting some incredible events in this beautiful space! Outside of the office, Lesley loves trying new recipes in the kitchen, exploring Chicago, and hiking the Indiana Dunes and Starved Rock with her daughter, Ellie. 

Jancy Tollefsrud

Catering Sales Manager
Sky on Nine

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Jancy graduated from Roosevelt University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality. With about two decades of experience in hospitality, Jancy is happy to find herself working with LM Catering at their newest event venue, Sky on Nine. Before joining LM Catering, she worked for many different event venues such as banquet halls, country clubs, and Marriott hotels. Outside of work, Jancy loves to spend her time with her 5-year-old daughter, listen to country music, watch true crime documentaries, and spend time with her family and friends.

About LM Catering

Founded in 2010 by Nicole and Stephan Outrequin Quaisser, LM Catering & Events is a part of LM Restaurant Group and provides full-service catering to the Chicagoland area. Additionally, LM Catering & Events is the exclusive caterer and event management team at LM Studio, Twenty-Six, City View Loft, Lacuna Events by LM, and Sky on Nine Rosemont. The LM Catering & Events team has worked to create a full-service approach at these three exclusive venues, in an effort to give clients the complete service they are accustomed to receiving at hotels but in one-of-a-kind settings.
